FABRI Group strengthens regional presence in northern Bavaria with a renowned installation company in the HVAC sector

The FABRI Group is growing through a renowned HVAC company in northern Bavaria. Together with the management, we have agreed not to communicate the merger until the new year, so some anonymized information in advance: ‍ The company, with over 20 employees and more than 50 years of experience, complements the FABRI Group's service portfolio and brings valuable expertise in the areas of sanitary, heating, water, air conditioning and ventilation technology. From exclusive planning and advice to competent implementation, the company is known in the region for a high level of reliability. The economic framework data for our “new addition” also show a stable orientation — double-digit EBIT margins are achieved over a longer period of time. The existing management team will continue to manage the company in the future. The tried and tested structures remain in place and the previous successful course can be continued. According to the FABRI business model, decisions are not made centrally, but are made directly on site by the respective responsible persons. We are looking forward to a successful collaboration and are proud that the previous shareholder has decided to integrate his company into the FABRI Group.

Thanks to its high level of customer orientation and innovative technologies, the company has an excellent reputation around its location.‍Management will remain on board for the long term, the existing structures will be retained and the company's successful course will continue. The FABRI Group will maintain its proven course - our business model, our family corporate culture and our values will remain firmly anchored. The partnership with Instalco not only follows a planned strategic direction, it also offers our Group long-term security and stability to meet the challenges of the future with a strong partner at our side. Successful YOUNG FABRI meeting in Würzburg

From September 5 to 7, 2024, our first “YOUNG FABRI's” meeting took place in Würzburg, which proved to be a great success. Over the course of three days, our junior staff had the opportunity to intensively train themselves, make new contacts and exchange ideas in an inspiring environment. This meeting was all about the targeted promotion and development of our future managers in the FABRI Group. The keynote speeches by external speakers were particularly enriching, offering participants valuable insights and practical advice. The presentation “Next Level Leadership: What managers need to find a decisive advantage in today's competitive world” addressed the current challenges and requirements of modern leadership. The participants were able to learn from professional athlete Marcel Schröder what skills and strategies are necessary to successfully assert themselves in an increasingly demanding market environment. Another highlight was the presentation “Tools for success — marketing tips for craft businesses.” Prof. Dr. Pascal Bruno from ISM Frankfurt shared practice-oriented tips and insights with our “YOUNG FABRI's” on how they can specifically optimize their marketing in their craft business. The strategies and tools presented offered participants valuable approaches that they can implement directly in their everyday working life. In addition to these lectures, the meeting also offered numerous opportunities for intensive exchange and networking. In various workshops and discussion rounds, participants were able to contribute their own ideas and learn from each other. This open and dynamic atmosphere has once again shown how important it is to support young talents in their personal and professional development. A particularly positive outcome of the meeting was the participants' wish to meet in this circle twice a year in the future in order to further deepen the exchange and cooperation. This wish underlines the great value that young talents see in a strong network and the continuous exchange of knowledge. Becoming stronger together and learning from each other is a central concern for them. ‍ The “YOUNG FABRI's” program has proven to be a valuable platform on which our young talent is promoted and can fully develop their potential. The positive feedback from participants encourages us to continue on this path and to continue to intensively support the young talents of our FABRI Group in the future. We are looking forward to the continued development of our “YOUNG FABRI's”.

The FABRI Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alois Mehlhart GmbH, a successful and established plumbing company with its own plumbing workshop. With this merger, the FABRI Group is now also present in Upper Bavaria and strengthens its market position in the areas of sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHAC) and renewable energies.‍About Alois Mehlhart GmbHAlois Mehlhart GmbH was founded over 75 years ago and is the market leader in the HVAC sector in the Chiemsee region. The company is characterized by a stable order situation and a loyal customer base in a structurally strong region. Alois Mehlhart GmbH offers a wide range of services, including ventilation, renewable energies, bathroom construction, plumbing, service and maintenance as well as heating construction and modernization with a focus on heat pumps.‍Background to the transactionThe managing partner, Stephan Mehlhart, has been running the company successfully for 20 years and would like to further expand the existing business together with the FABRI Group. Stephan Mehlhart will remain on board as Managing Director and will work with the FABRI Group to set the company's strategic course for the future.
