The FABRI Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its group to include an established installation company in the HVAC sector in North Rhine-Westphalia. Since all parties involved have agreed not to communicate the merger until the new year, some anonymized information in advance:

The master company with more than 20 years of experience employs over 25 people and has achieved a double-digit EBIT margin for years. The company thus complements the FABRI Group's service portfolio and contributes valuable expertise in the areas of bathrooms, heating, sanitation, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology. Thanks to its high level of customer orientation and innovative technologies, the company has an excellent reputation around its location.

Management will remain on board for the long term, the existing structures will be retained and the company's successful course will continue. According to the FABRI Group's business model, decisions are not made from above, but locally by the respective decision makers — decentralization is our guideline here too.
