Alois Mehlhart GmbH from Prien on Chiemsee joins the FABRI Group

The FABRI Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alois Mehlhart GmbH, a successful and established plumbing company with its own plumbing workshop. With this merger, the FABRI Group is now also present in Upper Bavaria and strengthens its market position in the areas of sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHAC) and renewable energies.

Background to the transaction
The managing partner, Stephan Mehlhart, has been running the company successfully for 20 years and would like to further expand the existing business together with the FABRI Group. Stephan Mehlhart will remain on board as Managing Director and will work with the FABRI Group to set the company's strategic course for the future.
