FABRI managing director meeting in Würzburg: Stronger together through network & knowledge

29.04.2024

From April 24 to 27, 2024, the managing directors of all 11 FABRI companies met in Würzburg for an annual meeting. For our managing directors and the entire FABRI team, this was once again a place where important connections were established and lots of good ideas flowed. For our “new” managing directors, who joined the FABRI Group last year, this meeting was the first opportunity to engage in intensive exchange with the other entrepreneurs in the group. We were impressed by the openness with which everyone immersed themselves in profound discussions with each other. These dynamic discussions showed a strong interest and commitment to the issues that shape our corporate landscape.

As always, the meeting focused on professional exchange, getting to know and networking among all participants. We see the meeting as a valuable platform for strengthening solidarity within the group, pursuing common goals and taking knowledge home with us.

Markus Zübert, CEO of FABRI, welcomed the participants on Thursday, and emphasized in particular the impressive development of FABRI since it was founded in December 2020. “With currently 11 great companies, we have grown into a strong group in less than 4 years.” Markus Zübert is particularly proud that the group is characterized by unique entrepreneurs who make the right decisions locally — this has significantly contributed to the dynamic growth of the FABRI Group.

On Friday, the focus was on the mutual exchange of experiences. On an imaginary “marketplace,” managing directors were able to find out about finances, digitization, personnel, marketing and corporate acquisitions at topic-specific market stands. Daniel Lörcks, responsible for operational business development at FABRI, gave strong impulses through his pragmatic idea and experience that anyone can use in day-to-day business.

As part of the joint conclusion and review of the managing directors meeting, there was very positive feedback. Even though it is possible to exchange ideas within the group at any time, a joint meeting on site, in large groups, provides many exciting and important impulses for each individual managing director.

The FABRI team is already looking forward to the next reunion in spring 2025. Until then, there will be further network meetings to expand knowledge transfer and benefit individual companies from the strength of the FABRI Group.
