Acquisition of ZIEG & LIPHARDT GMBH & CO. KG

On 22.12.2023, FABRI acquired all shares in Zieg & Liphardt GmbH & Co. KG from Frankfurt am Main.

The company was founded more than 100 years ago and has been successfully managed by the previous owner, Mr. Norbert Lorenz, for almost 20 years. The company, with its 19 employees, focuses on sanitary and heating renovations and has a permanent customer base of property managers, housing associations and real estate investors for decades.

Since no succession solution was possible from within the family, Mr. Lorenz looked for a stable external partner early on in order to secure the future of the company. Norbert Lorenz explains: “Since the first contact with FABRI, I had the feeling that FABRI knew the challenges of the craft sector very well and that I had found a strong partner here who would ensure the future of the company. ”

On 01.01.2024, the existing management will be supplemented by a young managing director (Mr. Sejdini), who has been responsible for operational development for several years. This ensures a smooth and uncomplicated handover of management.
