Hand in hand to success: Together and on eye level

When FABRI was founded, the idea was to acquire successful companies and unite them within a group while retaining the individual strengths of each company. Decentralization, partnership and a long-term approach are the characteristics that determine our daily actions.

Decentralization: The FABRI team is convinced that decisions are best made independently by local people rather than being directed from a central location. In the past, our companies have positioned themselves successfully and autonomously within their locations - this will continue to be the case in the future.

Partnership: FABRI does not see itself as an overarching authority, but rather as a reliable partner that provides support when needed. Open communication at eye level and mutual trust are the basis for our long-term relationships. We talk to each other and not about each other.

Long-term focus: FABRI does not strive for short-term profits, but invests in the future of companies in order to create long-term value that will last for generations to come.

Mission and values

FABRI- Latin for "the craftsmen"

The craft sector values reliability, quality and the future - and the FABRI Group is no exception. We bring together successful trade companies from the electrical, photovoltaic, lightning protection, plumbing, heating, ventilation, refrigeration/air conditioning sectors and other related trades on a long-term basis.

Our companies are successfully established and have built up a strong brand in their regions, often with a history rich in tradition that stretches back decades.

Become a partner

Sharing experiences

One of FABRI's greatest strengths is the wealth of experience and broad expertise of its entrepreneurs. Each individual can benefit from this through mutual exchange.

Community

For large-scale projects, FABRI companies can work hand in hand and benefit from each other's expertise.

Synergies

Synergies are not our primary motivation when investing in companies. However, the strength of the Group naturally opens up additional potential for each individual FABRI company.

Self-reliance

FABRI enables companies to act independently and is always available as a resource.
