Changes in the Supervisory Board of FABRI AG

On March 4, 2025, Robin Boheman was proposed and unanimously elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board at a constituent meeting of the Supervisory Board of FABRI AG. In the course of these changes, Mr. Werner Friedmann resigned from the FABRI Supervisory Board at his own request.

Robin Boheman has been CEO of the listed company Instalco AB in Sweden since 2021. Instalco is one of Scandinavia's leading installation companies for technical building equipment and offers solutions in the fields of electrical engineering, heating and plumbing installations, ventilation technology, industrial solutions and technical advice. The company has over 150 craft enterprises in its portfolio in Sweden, Norway and Finland and holds a minority interest in FABRI AG.
