FABRI Group strengthens regional presence in northern Bavaria with a renowned installation company in the HVAC sector

The FABRI Group is growing through a renowned HVAC company in northern Bavaria. Together with the management, we have agreed not to communicate the merger until the new year, so some anonymized information in advance:

The company with over 20 employees and more than 50 years of experience complements the FABRI Group's service portfolio and brings valuable expertise in the areas of sanitary, heating, water, air conditioning and ventilation technology. From exclusive planning and advice to competent implementation, the company is known in the region for a high level of reliability. The economic framework data for our “new addition” also show a stable orientation — double-digit EBIT margins are achieved over a longer period of time.

The existing management team will continue to manage the company in the future. The tried and tested structures remain in place and the previous successful course can be continued. According to the FABRI business model, decisions are not made centrally, but are made directly on site by the respective responsible persons.
