News update from 04.12.2024: FABRI Group expands expertise in the area of building technology

After we were only able to communicate the above news anonymously in December, we are now pleased to officially welcome Josef Michels Haustechnik GmbH, an established craft company in the HVAC sector from Münster, in North Rhine-Westphalia, to the FABRI Group.

The master company with more than 20 years of experience employs over 25 people and has achieved a double-digit EBIT margin for years. Josef Michels Haustechnik GmbH thus complements the FABRI Group's service portfolio and contributes valuable expertise in the areas of bathrooms, heating, sanitation, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology. The company has an excellent reputation in the region due to its high level of customer orientation and innovative technologies.

Management will remain on board for the long term, the existing structures will be retained and the company's successful course will continue. According to the FABRI Group business model, decisions are not made from above, but locally by the respective decision makers — decentralization is our guideline here too.
